Idk why my site keeps going down

IDK why my site keeps going down. I’ve tried switching hosting…upgrading…etc but it keeps happening.
If anyone can provide suggestions…

i dont know :T i’m not technical at all and just trying to keep it up is costing me alot of money so I dont know if it’s worth it to keep it up anymore.
